How they work

A voucher is a monetary credit against any bill, not a fixed menu. It can be spent on food, drink, or a private dining deposit, in one visit or across several.

Vouchers are issued as a printed card in an envelope, posted free within the country, or as a PDF if you need it the same day. There is no online checkout on this site; we take payment by phone or in person so the card details never touch the website.

Terms

Valid for 24 months from the date of issue. We will honour a voucher that has just expired if you call us, but we are not obliged to.
Redeemable against food, drink and private dining deposits. Not exchangeable for cash.
Part-spend is allowed; the remaining balance stays on the same voucher number.
Lost printed cards can be reissued if you have the voucher number or the name it was bought under.
A voucher does not reserve a table. Book separately on the reservations page.
